The Streets of Philadelphia
We decided to catch up on some American history with our friend Lauren in the City of Brotherly Love.
Little known facts about the Liberty Bell:
1. The Liberty Bell cracked the first time it was rung.
2. As an April Fool's Day joke in 1996, Taco Bell ran an add saying they bought the Liberty Bell.
3. On the bell, "Pennsylvania" is spelled "Pensylvania".
(Don't you think someone should have checked the spelling beforehand?)

Of course we had to get official Philly cheesesteaks...so good!
Elfreth's Alley - Built in 1702, it is the oldest continuously inhabited street in the country.
When our feet started hurting from walking the streets, it was time for a DUCK Tour Philly style. For those of you who haven't had the chance to ride a DUCK, it's an old WWII vehicle that takes you on land and in the water for a tour of the city.
The quackers are provided as entertainment.
