Our Wedding - August 21, 2010
"This day I will marry my friend,
The one I laugh with, live for,
dream with, and love"
Our wedding took place at Lyndhurst Castle, the historic 67-acre property in Tarrytown, NY.
Pictured here is our preschool class picture from 1984. Ironically Jay and I were in the same class! Thanks to Missy for making our wine-themed programs!
Here are the escort card wine tags beautifully calligraphied by my dad!
The Miele Maids
Jay and I personalized our ceremony by writing our own vows. Thanks Ben for being an amazing first-time officiant!
You may now kiss the bride!
We spent a year making the perfect cabernet as wine favors. We crushed the grapes, let it age in oak barrels, and bottled the wine ourselves. Can't wait to drink it!
Jay and I took dance lessons to perfect our first dance. It included foxtrot, swing, dips, and lifts.
One of the best dances of the night was the Hora where nearly everyone was on the dancefloor. If anyone has pictures of the fathers of the bride and groom dancing together, please send them my way!

Congratulations Liz and Jay. May good health, happiness, and prosperity be yours in abundance. Liz, I've known you since 'before' your birth. Your mother and I were co-workers at BNL. Your parents were great friends and I have many fond memories of days past. Your wedding pictures are awesome and I truly appreciate receiving them.
